Return & Exchange Policy
Online Purchases
Please do not ship returns without first contacting us. If you want to return an item, please contact us at info@thevaultjewelry.ca and we will email instructions.
Online orders that are regular price are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 30 days* of receiving the order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Shipping will be at the buyer’s expense and must be traceable. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
When the order is received back to us the exchange will be processed or a store credit will be added to your account.
All orders are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified within 1 business day if the item you ordered is no longer available.
All sale merchandise purchased online will have a 30-day exchange or store credit return policy.
In-Store Purchases
All regular-price purchases made in-store have a 30-day exchange or store credit return policy. Items must be unworn in the same condition as when purchased to complete your exchange or store credit proof of purchase must be provided.
*Any sale items in-store or online of 50% off or greater are final sale.
